GOAL

A National transportation division wanted to communicate quickly and accurately to thousands of their employees about the recent acquisition of their long-haul trucking division by FedEx. Reorganization was nearly complete and employees had questions and saw new and exciting possibilities inside their new company.

DELIVERY

A news-style video called 'The Dispatcher' featured a local host who conducted interviews with top executives in a roundtable format. This created the perfect environment for executives to offer information with the rest of the group able to continually offer feedback and supporting information. Following that roundtable discussion, we interviewed frontline drivers and dockworkers about what the FedEx acquisition and subsequent reorganization meant for them. It became a very successful way to give the latest information to employees.
