Newland Communities was looking for an update to a previous video that we produced for MiraBay, a beautiful development in Apollo Beach, Florida. The DVD was to run in their sales center and to be sent out to potential residents.
Shooting on Digi-Beta and utilizing a jib and grip truck and crew, we were able to get shots of MiraBay that captured the beauty of the homes and their close connections to nature and the environmental preserve that bordered their land. Using boats and canoes and an environmentalist, we were able to tell their story and show their homes and amenities in the best possible light. End results of the video provided the client with the widescreen 16:9 format with four different playback options.
